Shipping + Return Information


Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we ship packages to customers across the contingent USA and internationally, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Because we are working with local and small businesses in Africa for certain items, please allow between one week for your order to ship out. All shipping confirmations will go out within 5-7 days, some will go out sooner. Please note that delivery is dependent on the location. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after 7 days, please email us at to review the status of your order.

All items will ship out from the USA (including pre-order items).

*Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer free shipping for international orders.


We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. Due to hygiene purposes, we may not be able to accept returns on some items. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 3 days of delivery date.

All orders are carefully inspected for damages before shipment. Should you receive any faulty item please send us an email within 12 hours of receiving your package. We will be more than happy to assist you. Refunds will be made in the form of a gift card to our store.

All returns must be initiated within 3 business days from receipt of merchandise, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded. If you return your merchandise with our prepaid shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.

Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are provided as a gift card for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 3 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective or incorrect.

International Orders

All international orders must receive a return authorization from our Customer Service team and cannot be accepted in any pop up events. Please contact us immediately if you would like to return your item. Returns will be credited by us, in the original currency used for purchase.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, monogrammed, personalized, special–order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final–sale items.
